How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within the same or next business day, depending on the time of your purchase. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours after processing. While 95% of orders adhere to this timeframe, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. Note that our warehouse does not operate on North American public holidays and weekends.
Shipping:
On average, delivery takes between 7 to 14 days once the order has been processed. You can track your package throughout its journey.
Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the delivery timeframes, which can sometimes be subject to delays.
How long does international shipping take outside the United States?
International shipments usually arrive within 2 to 6 weeks, although some orders may arrive sooner. Once a package departs from our warehouse, we cannot control the exact delivery time, which can be influenced by factors such as carrier logistics, weather conditions, address accuracy, and customs processes in your country. Some destinations may face restrictions due to regulatory requirements or logistical challenges.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed?
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays can occasionally occur after the parcel is handed over to the carrier. Significant delays are uncommon, but if you suspect your parcel is delayed, returned, or lost, please contact us through our website support email or via Facebook Page. For a swift response, provide your order number, email address, and the exact name used for the order. We aim to respond to email inquiries within 12 hours, with quicker responses on weekdays. Please avoid sending multiple messages about the same issue in a single day, as this may activate spam filters and delay our response.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure the shipping address and recipient name are correct at the time of purchase. If you realize a mistake or your address changes, contact us immediately via webchat or Facebook Messenger. We will do our best to update your information, but once the order is processed and shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed. Reshipments due to address errors are at our discretion.
